Non-funded hourly charges are £6.20 per hour/ £3.10 per half hour.

All meals, snacks and drinks are included within the setting's non-funded hourly rate.

However, with regard to government funded hours parents may be asked for voluntary contributions towards food charges (see below).

All matters relating to government funded hours are fully explained in the setting's Funding Policy which is shared, discussed and signed with every parent before commencement of a placement as well as every term when signing their parental agreement funding forms. In summary:

  1. The setting does not charge a retainer fee
  2. The setting does not charge an administration /registration fee
  3. The setting does not charge a deposit fee
  4. The setting may ask parents for voluntary contributions for food charges. Meals are breakfast, lunch, dinner and are set at £3 per meal: Snacks are set at £1 per snack (the setting has morning and afternoon snack sessions)
  5. The setting does not ask for voluntary contributions for non-food consumables. However, these must be supplied by the parent. This includes for example nappies, wipes, nappy ointment cream, sun cream, formula milk
  6. The setting does not ask for voluntary contributions for activity charges. These will be met by the setting

The patterns of hours for parents to access the government funded entitlement can be used anywhere within the setting’s opening hours 7.30am-5.30pm. The setting offers the use of funded hours within term time only (it does not offer stretched funded hours).

Please note that the setting does not work bank holidays or the days that fall between Christmas and New Year.
